We're grounded in joy, guided by courage and growing together.
As Co/Builders we treat curiosity as our compass. We’re not afraid to try new things, test bold ideas, and explore paths that haven’t been mapped yet. Being adventurous means stepping outside the familiar with courage and play. Being experimental means learning as we go—building small, testing often, and growing through each iteration. Together, we discover what’s possible by trying it out, not just talking about it.
As Co/Builders, we lead with courage and walk with humility. Being courageous means stepping forward when the path is uncertain—taking initiative, speaking up, and daring to try. Being humble means staying teachable, recognizing that wisdom grows through listening, feedback, and shared effort. Together, courage and humility help us build with both strength and grace—bold enough to lead, grounded enough to keep learning.
As Co/Builders we’re not here to echo the doom-and-gloom chorus—it already has enough airtime. Instead, we lift up joy, courage, and belonging as the true catalysts for change. Where fear limits possibility, we start new initiatives. Where controlling voices demand conformity, we practice collaboration. Where division isolates, we build connections that grow into shared purpose. In every group, activity, and project, joy itself becomes our boldest innovation.
As Co/Builders, we listen with presence and express with heart. We know that every voice matters—and that understanding begins with genuine attention. Being good listeners means slowing down, making space, and hearing what’s beneath the words. Being expressive means sharing openly and creatively, bringing our full selves into the conversation. Together, we create dialogue that’s alive, balanced, and full of mutual respect—where ideas flow and connection deepens.
Co/Builders is open by design—an invitation, not a gate. Our groups always leave space for new voices, fresh ideas, and curious hearts. Initiatives are made to be tried, tinkered with, and enjoyed—no expertise required. It’s not about polished perfection; it’s about playful participation. Everyone can bring a spark, a question, or a helping hand. The real magic is how easy it feels to belong simply by showing up, no matter where you’re starting from.
As Co/Builders, we practice honesty with compassion. We speak truthfully, even when it’s hard, but we do so with care and respect. Being honest means showing up with integrity and openness. Being compassionate means leading with empathy—listening deeply and holding space for others’ experiences. Together, we build trust through sincerity and kindness, creating a community where people can be real, supported, and seen.
Play is how we unlock fresh ideas and approach challenges with curiosity. We laugh, experiment, and tinker, knowing that joy fuels creativity. But our play isn’t aimless—it’s guided by a clear sense of purpose. Every gathering, and every project is shaped with intention. We’re playful in spirit and purposeful in action, building ventures that spread joy and create lasting value. And through it all, we resist the pressure to conform, proving that serious change can come from joyful play.
Simplicity clears the way for real participation. We strip away unnecessary complexity, turning ideas into clear, doable steps that anyone can take. Support means we walk with one another, offering encouragement, resources, and steady presence. Together, simplicity and support create spaces where people feel safe to try, grow, and bring their best. It’s not about doing less, but about making the path easier—so every person has room to flourish.
As Co/Builders, we stay grounded while letting our imagination soar. Being grounded means staying rooted in what’s real—our values, our relationships, and the needs of our community. Being imaginative means opening our minds to what could be—dreaming new ways to connect, create, and grow. Together, we balance steadiness and wonder, building with both our feet on the earth and our hearts in the sky.
A lively space for exploration, creativity, and collaboration.

A growing wave reimagining how we live, learn, and build.
We are beginning small — a handful of dreamers, builders, and believers. We gather in churches, coffee shops, and community spaces. We devise bold ideas, build joyful ventures, and learn fast. Every project is an adventure — a prototype for a better world. We choose courage over comfort, play over perfection, and joy over fear. We’re not waiting for permission to build what the world needs next. Our local sparks are ready to light up a national fire. We’re rewriting how America builds — from competition to collaboration. From scarcity to creativity. From isolation to belonging. We are building with heart, with imagination, and with each other. Because when joy leads, everything else follows. And this is only the beginning.
